Is this weekend for me?
Snowdon is a short ride, but a big one, with a massive climb (usually between 2.5 to 3.5 hours uphill) and at least one huge descent. There are a few short sections that are a fair bit harder than the average trail centre Black, but they can be walked. We reckon that if you don’t mind a bit of walking (up and down), and are comfortable on Red trails, you’ll have a great time. If you can handle the Blacks with style, you’ll lap it up.
Remember, there will be plenty of time to work on skills, tactics and bike setup on the Saturday and Sunday before the big one.
Fitness-wise, we’ll be looking at biggish days – at least 5-6 hours – with plenty of ups and downs. But it’s not a race and we won’t be leaving anybody behind – up or down. We pride ourselves on helping our guests get the best out of their riding.
